This was a fantastic experience. We took this experience as a 40th anniversary celebration for my parents, and it was fantastic. My mom has always wanted to travel to Venice, but accessibility is a challenge for her, as she is limited in her walking capacity. To have such an intimate 1:1 style experience with a knowledgeable guide, who served as our 'feet', felt like it made this dream a reality. Our guide, Martina, was extremely warm, friendly, and a proud home-grown Venetian. Martina had phenomenal insights of the city, and aptly answered all of our questions.

We really enjoyed our tour with Luca!! This was a birthday present for my 92-year-old father. He has always wanted to visit The Vatican but sadly now, he cannot walk as well as he used to. It was like he was really at The Vatican. He was so excited and just loved this experience!

Eleonora was a very knowledgeable tour guide and she pleasantly covered so many details of the Vatican and the nearby Rome area in just an hour! We learned so much about such a historic and beautiful area. With the high-quality video and audio, we felt we were walking along with her. We definitely would recommend trying this tour.

This experience is just awesome. I have been in some of the places physically years ago, but this is a very intimate tour experience. It feels like we are right there with the guide and they do a great job with the camera. The interactive experience adds to the feeling of "being there". Ability to snap pictures on the fly is also fantastic. Go find your place and go on a tour. You will not be disappointed.

I learned so much. I had Federico as a guide and he was such much fun to watch! He was very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable. He is a great story teller and I was able to get some beautiful shots of buildings and statues. I love going on tours like these because you can learn so much about the area and the guides will answer any questions you have. Madrid is such a beautiful place and having little previews likes these makes me want to go in person one day. Hopefully soon!

Such an awesome experience but I would say it also had a lot to do with our great tour guide Federico! This was my first virtual tour experience and my 5 year old daughter and mother viewed as well. I really appreciated how our guide catered to my daughter and added a stop that she enjoyed and told us the story of Ratón Perez. So much history was explained, and it was amazing to see the historical buildings still in place and in use! I thoroughly enjoyed every stop on the tour and really liked that I was able to ask questions. I left the experience feeling like I just walked around the Plaza all day!

Great way for us to get a jump start on a trip there. Our kids are moving to Scotland and this was the perfect way for them to get a feel of the place before actually making the move. Our tour guide was fantastic and we appreciated that we could personalize our experience by asking questions and taking pictures all along the journey. Highly recommend this experience!

I did this tour with my class of 15 high school students who just finished a course on the Cold War. Much of the history they already knew (and it was well told in the tour), but they loved seeing the monuments too and remains of the wall integrated into a modern and vibrant city. They liked seeing the passing cars and joggers run by the historical sites. The guide was receptive to questions and was happy to engage in lots of question-and-answer sessions. The tour really got exciting for the students I think near the end when they could see parts of the actual wall, a guard tower, the surrounding buildings, and hear stories about escapes and deaths at the wall. All around, well worth it. It's very cool to almost teleport to Berlin and take a live tour. Bravo.

Took the tour today with Brian and LOVED it. Worth every penny. Actually, I will preview any city this way before traveling for leisure. Very well implemented technically as well. No image or sound issues. Well done!

The transfer over from the cruise ship was seamless and comfortable. We even arrived ahead of schedule and were able to put our luggage in the hotel. Adair met us shortly after and she was the highlight of our trip! She knew everything there was to know about Venice! It was surreal to be picked up on a boat almost immediately and whisked away into the canals to see the city! We enjoyed a beautiful gondola ride as well. Adair helped us to order the best foods at the local cafes and showed us so many beautiful sights. She made our trip memorable and special!

Our tour was amazing! We were picked up from the cruise ship, drove to Venice in a nice and comfortable van, then did a four hour walking & gondola tour of Venice. After the tour we got back in the van and were taken to the airport. It was perfect.

We left Rostock this morning around 6:45 am from our cruise ship. The drive is very pleasant and it was a neat experience on the Germany autobahn. We had the most amazing guide, Matt. He is English, so easy to understand plus everyone had their own headset and you could always hear what he was saying. The tour itself was fabulous for many reasons BUT if you took the trip for just the Holocaust Memorial, it would still be worth a full day. So much history. Check Point Charlie, the Berlin Wall and the Brandenburg gate are worth every single cent and minute. Matt rocks. He loves the history and Berlin and he had amazing historical photos to share too.

Our driver met us as the Warnemunde terminal and drove us to Berlin where we were met by our guide Boris. He was very informative, highly enthusiastic and worked great with the driver, to ensure we take the most of the trip. We were able to see so many sights in Berlin, I wish we could stay one day longer! We had similar tours during the whole cruise in multiple cities in Europe, but by far this one was the favourite one. We were back to Warnemunde terminal 1.5 hours before the boarding time. I would highly recommend it.

This was the best tour we were ever on! After a comfortable 3-hour drive on an air-conditioned bus we met our tour guide Boris with whom we spent unforgettable 6 hours. We saw and learned so much! Thank you, we will be back!

Thanks Lynsey for an excellent tour. We took the group coach from our cruise ship Regal Princess to Berlin,and then left the large group for a semi private tour where our party of 6 were shown around Berlin by Lynsey. Lynsey carefully listened to our requests and then custom built a tour to suit us. We saw all the major sights and concentrated on the Berlin Wall as 2 of us had been in Berlin in 1989 just before the wall fell. Lynsey found a great coffee place for us and gave us just the right amount of historical information. The driver was excellent at finding great parking spots, courteously escorting us from the immaculate Mercedes Benz vehicle at each spot. Highly recommended.

We were picked up promptly at Rostock port, the bus ride was very good with adequate restroom stops and clear instructions. The transfer to our semi private tour to see Sachsenhausen and Berlin highlights with our guide was efficient, informative and visited all the places we wanted to see. The communication via emails at the initial time of booking from Joanna, change of port and confirmation emails etc. were excellent. Would definitely recommend this company and use again.

From Joanna's responsive and helpful emails to the wonderful driver picking us at at the ship in Rostock at 6:30am and returning us back on time, and to our fabulous tour guide Nick who was so knowledgeable, informative , caring and personable, it was a day we will never forget!

When a driver showed up at the cruise port in Warnemunde in an impeccably maintained luxury vehicle my husband and I were a little bit jealous. "Someone is going to have a great day" we joked as we waited for our tour. When the driver held up a sign with our name, we started on the best day trip of our travels! We met up with our tour guide, Boris, in Berlin and saw all the sights we wished to see and more. Our driver (I think his name was Tom) was always right there to pick us back up when we were ready to be whisked to the next monument, museum, or structure. Boris was fantastic, not just knowledgeable, but intuitive. He customized the entire experience for us. We explored the city's historic landmarks at the pace we set, and he answered each question with detail. Halfway through the day we had a 3-course lunch at Kafer, on the top of the Reichstag. The incredible views of the city and tour through the infamously burned parliament added to the experience. Berlin is obviously rich with a tangible and heavy history. Boris lightened up the experience with a wine tasting and a remarkable chocolate tasting. We finished our tour with an impromptu trip to his favorite bakery for coffee and gourmet pastries. This tour is all the stars!!

We utterly enjoyed the tour. It is a great opportunity to see sides of the city you might never find by yourself, and also to learn the history behind them. Boris explained the German history in an easily understandable manner before the tour, so we could understand the implications of historical events. After that we went on a fun and informative walk all over the historical places. I can not believe how much we saw and learned in just three hours!

Oh, what a wonderful tour of beautiful Venice!! Elena was a fantastic tour guide... the best I have ever had. I fell in love with Venice and would recommend this tour! I am on a world cruise and this was the best tour excursion I have had so far!!
